PAYMENT
ProConventa Agency will send you a pre-invoice with due date of ten days. Once you have paid the invoice the reservation will be fully booked.
The invoice will be issued with your Company's details stated above.
In case of another Payer, please specify in Notes above and our representative will contact you.
All additional hotel costs (minibar, telephone, laundry etc.) are the responsibility of the individual and should be settled directly with the hotel prior to departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registered participants who are unable to attend can receive a certain refund by sending a written cancellation to 15konferencija@hdkvaliteta.hr and according to following deadlines:
Cancellation before 31 March - full refund
Cancellation between 01 April and 30 April - 50% refund
Cancellation after 01 May - no refund

If you are unable to attend, you may send another person as a replacement in order to avoid penalties.
All cancellations or changes should be sent in writing to the Agency.
Refund will be granted according to the cancellation dates. Refunds are not possible after 01 May or in case of early departure, late arrival or no-show.
Any refunds will be made following the Conference and the Agency will not be liable to cover the bank transfer costs. A procurement fee of EUR 20,00 will be charged for all refunds.

Information gathered in the registration form is considered to be personal and subject to the subscribed regulations of the Republic of Croatia. All stated information will be used for the purpose of registering for the conference and production of conference materials distributed to all Conference attendees; for informing participants about the Conference content and news as well as by the Technical Organizer (ProConventa d.o.o.) and Conference sponsors for the purpose of conducting certain marketing activities and statistic evaluation.
