THE POWER OF GRIEF, MOVING BEYOND LOSS

Living through a phase of grief is in itself a painful experience that has more
or less impact, depending on the importance of the bond and of the relationship
that was. The loss can be sudden or unexpected. It can be a blood relative, a friend, or a
colleague.
It could be the case of a death that gave relief from suffering, or it could be suicide...
Death is a natural part of living and yet it awakens a whole range of experiences and feelings.
This workshop will help you to understand the impact grief has on your life and on the life that
comes free while moving through a phase of grief.
