This request must be submitted to Honors at least ONE WEEK prior to the date you need the van. The van is reserved on a first come-first served basis, so submit these requests as early as possible.

Use of the Honors van carries a lot of responsibilities. We want to be sure all requestors have read and understand their role as proper stewards of Honors property.

All costs associated with a trip will be reimbursed with receipts only.
Student Drivers cannot incur nor pay for ANY expenditures. Please plan ahead!
Seat-belt and Passenger Policy:
All passengers MUST wear their seat-belts.
You absolutely can NOT transport people other than students, faculty, and staff of Syracuse University. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
