The NFIB Creative Services team will use the information provided in this form to develop a customized direct mail postcard on behalf of my dealership.
If my request is not received by the 2nd Friday of the month, production/mailing will be held for one (1) month.
If I have not approved the direct mail piece within 72 hours of receiving the proof, production/mailing will be held for one (1) month.
My dealership will reimburse NFIB for any printing and mailing expenses that are incurred as a result of this mailing within 30 days of receiving an invoice.
