  • - Reserve the space by contacting Dawn Gill at x2535 or via email at DACC@lhup.edu

    - Complete this form and have it signed by the party responsible for paying for the event

    - Send the completed form to Dawn Gill, 215 Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center

    - After verification of form, form will be sent to ARAMARK

    - Requester will be notified that the form was sent and will now be able to contact the Executive Chef or Catering Supervisor at x2630

    - After the event is over, this form will be attached to the bill and sent to the requester for proper payment arrangements and signature that services were received. Payments for facility usage and catering services should be forwarded to the LHU Foundation.

    - Please make arrangements with ARAMARK to have any supplies picked up after a catered event

    - LHU groups may schedule events or meetings in the facility with no rental fees. The host will be charged for costs incurred, such as:

    Bartenders
    Linens
    Facility Staff
    Technology Fees and/or Staff
    Damages


    There will be a Facility Staff Person Fee of $30 per hour for any events
    that take place at the DACC outside of regular LHU business hours (8 a.m. -
    4 p.m., Monday through Friday).
