  • Please describe the activities that will take place during your event. No admission may be charged under any guise, no sales of items may be made, and fundraising is not permitted on Library premises, although books related to author talks and book signings may be sold.

  • Audience/Conference Mixed setup is only available for the ALD Room.
  • Please enter the number of chairs needed for the audience. The max number of chairs for this setup is 50 but may be less depending on the number of tables needed.
  • Please enter the number of tables needed for the conference area. The max number of tables available is 10, but may be less depending on the size of the audience area. If you need your tables arranged in a particular way, please indicate that in the "Further Requirements" section below.

  • Please indicate if you are planning on serving food or beverages as part of your program. Please note, refreshments are ONLY allowed in Room 2 and additional fees may apply.
  • Available for groups of 30 or more
  • Please indicate below if you will be using a PC or Apple computer with the projector. If nothing is indicated the projector will be setup for a PC.
  • Example: I need access to the room 1 hour before the event.
  • All meetings must end no later than 30 minutes before closing, and/or vacated within 15 minutes of the meeting's end time indicated on the meeting room application.
