SAIDSA Complaints Form
The process.

1. SAIDSA will not be in a position to investigate your complaint if this form is not fully completed and all necessary attachments are received.
2. After receiving the complaint, SAIDSA will forward the complaint to the relevant member for their comment.
3. The member will be provided with 14 (fourteen) days in which to respond.
4. The reply from the member will be forwarded to the complainant for further comment, and will be provided with 14 (fourteen) days in which to respond to the reply from the member.
5. Should the matter not be resolved through the above process, the member will be called for an enquiry.
6. The complainant must be willing to attend the enquiry at the head office of SAIDSA in Benoni.
