Additional Audio Visual/Other Requirements

The fees include the cost of a session room in the convention center, including theater seating, podium, microphone, screen, and an LCD projector. Presenters supply their own laptops. Any additional audiovisual or other needs must be arranged for and paid by the presenting organization. NLC will provide the official audiovisual contact information.

Terms and Conditions

I am aware, understand and accept that: *

NLC will notify all applicants by early October, of the Sponsored Solution Session selected. If selected, I will remit the appropriate fee within 30 days of the selection date or risk forfeiting the opportunity.

NLC does not endorse any company choosing to participate in a Sponsored Solution Session.

Once selected, NLC will offer a brief (less than one week) review of the title, description and speaker information for the session. Corrections to the title or description and speaker changes can be submitted after this time, but are not guaranteed.

NLC cannot guarantee delegate attendance. NLC cannot be held liable for any costs incurred for “no-show” delegates.

I am responsible for all additional a/v requests.

NLC reserves the right to photograph and video workshop sessions. I grant NLC the right to use photographs and video of its presentation.

I am responsible for ensuring that my company is in compliance with the convention center fire and safety regulations. NLC has advised me to contact the Convention Center Service Manager for the purpose of ascertaining applicable regulations.
