Congratulations! The Hayward Education Foundation (HEF) Board of Directors are pleased that your project has been funded for the 2023-2024 school year.

As a part of our fiscal responsibility, as well as our obligation to the numerous donors who helped the Hayward Education Foundation fund your grant, we are asking you to do your part as a grant recipient in completing the following HEF Classroom Grant Funding Report.
