Before you enter our chat room, we'd like to make you aware of a few things. This is not meant to deter you from entering of course, but we need you to understand this information for our protection.

1.) The Mojo Radio Chat Network is an unmoderated medium with regards to topics of conversation, offensive behavior, and language. You agree to waive Mojo Radio and it's contracted third party service providers of any inconvienence or slander that may result from entering this chat room. Please do not flood, repeat excessively, or use colors. Doing so will get you booted. Repeated offenses will get you banned.


2.) The staff and others that frequent this chat room tend to have strong personalities. Sometimes we get a little loud and crazy. We like to think this type of behavior is fun at times. We also have some channel bots that are sometimes used for "recreational purposes" ... These scripts might interact with users in a friendly manner. However, some people may take offense to some of the things occurring here.. If you are one of those people, see policy number 1.

3.) You agree to waive the right to any legal action taken against Mojo Radio and it's contracted third party service providers stemming as a result of behavior encountered in the chat room, or anywhere on the Mojo Chat Network.

4.) If you are attempting to enter this chat room on behalf of another party, either for information gathering purposes, or some other type of ulterior motive other than having fun and hanging out, do yourself and Mojo a favor and refrain from entering. Anyone falsifying their identity either because they operate for a competing station, or for other ill intented purpose will be banned from the entire network, and may face prosecution and or civil lawsuit to the FURTHEST extent of the law.
