Science Fixed Class Schedule 2017

There will be 4 holiday lessons conducted for P3, P4, P5 and P6 (2017) from 21 Nov 2016 (Mon) till 17 Dec 2016 (Sat), so pro-rated fees will be collected for these levels.

All P3 to P5 Science classes have a duration of 1.5 hours while P6 Science class has a duration of 2 hours.

The maximum class size is 9-10 pupils. You may choose to join one of the following fixed classes.

Fee collection is conducted on a termly basis before the start of the term.

Availability for existing classes is prioritised for existing in-house students who opt to follow up. For new classes, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Terms & Conditions

Kindly read and put a tick to all the following terms and conditions to indicate that you have read and agreed to them.

1) *

Minimum of 4 pupils for a new class to commence. A confirmation e-mail or SMS will be sent after payment has been processed.

2) *

Confirmation and allocation of vacancy is strictly given after payment has been fully processed. Registration is only an indication of interest and there will be no commitment to reserve the vacancy if payment is not made.

3) *

Upon confirmation of class, fees are non-refundable.

4) *

If the pupil misses a lesson and is unable to attend make-up lesson (subject to availability), no pro-rating or refund will be given. However, materials for missed lesson will be given and work will be marked, corrected and given feedback.

5) *

Each pupil is entitled to 2 make-up lessons per term. Arrangement for make-up lesson must be arranged prior to the start of the affected week. We reserve the right to decline the request for make-up lesson should the make-up class exceed 11 pupils.

6) *

Pupil will not be allowed to attend make-up lesson without making prior arrangements with the instructor as resources and space might not be sufficient for the affected pupil.

7) *

For P5 registrations, you must find out what theme your child/ward is learning before signing up. No refund will be issued as confirmation for your child/ward will result in one less pupil being able to join the respective class.
