For my working experiences, I have been a virtual assistant in a company of leading solution for learning validation. We work with colleges, universities, employers, and certification providers to create secure, high-quality educational experiences – and ensure that learners who play by the rules are honoured for their work. We assist students to get through their virtual exam through live chat and phone calls, help them with technical issues and in navigating their LMS, process exam dashboards after proctoring them online and utilizing CRM in submitting the exams. We use amazon workspace as our tool in working.
Currently, I am a customer service representative at a lawn services company that provides lawn care for customers. On a daily basis, we assist customers and lawn care providers with their concerns through emails, texts and phone calls. We help them book services, process reschedules and payments for their work orders. This work has taught me so much about multi-tasking for we have performance metrics to achieve, and I deal with irate customers almost every single day so my patience and empathy have developed in this field. I have been working for the company for 2 seasons already and this is my second season with them. I work only as a part-timer and an independent contractor for this is a job that requires agents to work with them only for a period of time.
