There must be one adult for every five children under age 15. Children under 10 may not volunteer at Mid-South Food Bank and should not accompany adult volunteers. Children 16 years and older may serve without chaperones.

Food Sorting and Repacking

Monday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Monday 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

2nd Thursday night of each month 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

3rd Thursday night of each month 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Groups must have 20 or more volunteers and give at least 3 weeks notice.

Saturdays are our Mid South Food Bank's most popular group opportunity causing the dates to fill up very fast. Saturdays require a minimum of 30 volunteers in a group. This facility can use up to a maximum of 50 volunteers.
