I hereby give my son/daughter permission to attend a dance at Rochester High School Students will not be admitted to the dance after one hour from the start of the dance. I understand that my son/daughter is obligated to observe all of the policies for Rochester High School, and failure to comply with those policies may result in my son/daughter and their Rochester High School host student being removed from the dance. The guest must bring picture ID (driver's license or school ID). The Rochester High School host student may be held responsible for the actions of his or her guest. Any issues involving substance abuse will be handled by police personnel in attendance at the dance. Students who are removed from the dance before its completion for a Code of Conduct violation will NOT receive a refund.
