"My name is Pamela Ann Deguito and you may call me Pam. I am currently employed in a BPO company in Lipa City as Quality Assurance Representative. I joined the company in 2015 and 6 months after I was promoted to my current post. My main role is to evaluate recorded calls and provide feedback. It is also my responsibility to ensure that processes and procedures outlined by the company and clients are followed correctly by our associates. As a Quality Analyst, I also attend meetings and calibration sessions with our clients and perform quality talk to new hires. I am also well versed in terms of sending day to day reports and analyzing data.
I became a secretary for a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) department in early 2008 and worked in a hospital organization. We took care of out-patients who needed approval from their health insurance for laboratory tests and consultations. I read, relayed and transcribed diagnosis written by medical practitioners. I joined the BPO industry in 2008 and was with sales and technical support. In 2009, I supported a US Health Insurance account and later on a Technical support account. In 2010, I was with a Telecommunications Billing team and in 2015 I was with Retail. Currently, I am supporting a service delivery US based account.
