"I started working in the BPO industry as a CSR with iQor, the first BPO company that believed in me. I was part of a Sales/Financial account, it was a mix of being a CSR and Sales Representative because in our case. My job there was to answer different queries about their account, explaining the breakdown of their bill, providing a vivid way of understanding the interest they get, doing fraud investigation, then after all of the problem is gone, that's when I turn into a Sales Representative and try to sell them something. It was crucial that I am able to put a smile on their face before asking them a favor because otherwise, they would get furious.
After doing it for months, I got promoted into being an Escalation Associate wherein I was responsible for taking escalated phone calls or talk to those people who were requesting for a supervisor and do callbacks to those customer who has complained to BBB against us and make sure we're able to at least put a smile on their face. From there, I spent the rest of my time working as a Supervisor for Operations, managing 15-18 FTEs, doing their payroll, doing coaching, making sure that the agents are on track with their target.
After being on the post for years, I became a parent and I realized I was losing so much time just by travelling back and forth. Hence, I decided to find a way and earn money from home. From there, I worked as an ISA (Inside Sales Agent) with a real estate business doing lead generation, negotiation, lead nurturing, managing CRM and organizing databases, formulating ways to generate higher close rates for the Realtors of our company. Now, here I am, looking for a long term partnership with a company I can call home."
