"I have started my career on 2009 as collator/encoder/auditor. I worked as medical bill encoder for a US subsidiary office here in the Philippines for 7 years. However, the company has to stop the operation on 2016 so I decided to change a career course.
On April 2017, I started being a Virtual Assistant. My first assignment was Quality Assurance personnel for an E-Commerce machinery business. I am to QA machine specifications, check for entries and verify the details entered were accurate. I also had to do some machinery research, and collect selected machines for crawling.
Being a Virtual Assistant, tasks add and changed from time to time. Aside from doing QA, I am also assigned to manage social media account.
On the early 2019, the company focused on creating android apps. This time, I am assigned on email handling. I have to handle customer questions, requests, complaints, and reviews. With customer requests, it includes refund request, cancel subscription requests, and changing/transfer subscribed accounts. For email handling, I have to make sure I am using correct spelling and grammar on my responses, and should give users clear instructions on how to resolve their app issues.
This is not technically my work experience over the past 5-years as it stretched out from 2009. I hope you can consider."
