Preferred Session for PSLE Science Revision

The first 3 sessions consist of 10-weekday lessons starting from 9 Jun (Mon) to 20 Jun (Fri).

The 10 weekdays are:
9 Jun (Mon) to 13 Jun (Fri)
16 Jun (Mon) to 20 Jun (fri) *
 Session 1: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm (Instructor: Mdm Tan) 
 Session 2: 10.00 am to 1.00 pm (Instructor: Mr Allan) 
 Session 3: 1.15 pm to 4.15 pm (Instructor: Mr Allan) 
 Session 4: 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm (Instructor: Mdm Tan)  
A minimum of 4 students is required for a session to be confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

1) Kindly confirm your child's schedule and your holiday plans prior to signing up, as fees made are strictly non-refundable.

2) The workshop fee is $1050. Confirmation and allocation of vacancy is strictly given after payment has been fully processed. Registration is only an indication of interest and there will be no commitment to reserve the vacancy if payment is not made.

3) Due to the limited vacancies, we seek your kind understanding that no registration or reservation can be made verbally, through sms, or emails. Formal registration must be done via our website.

4) Minimum of 4 pupils to commence. A confirmation e-mail or SMS will be sent after payment has been processed.

5) No refund will be made upon cancellation of the above workshop after payment has been made. You may transfer it to another interested party, but Tinkerlab will not provide contact details of other parents or liaise on your behalf. Please consider carefully before submitting this form to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding.
