"I've been a Chat and Email support for a logistics/ecommerce company based in Australia for one year and 8 months. Some of the queries we received on a daily are regarding pick up and deliveries, order fulfilment, order status, damaged and lost parcels, invoice disputes and a lot more. We use Zendesk as our main ticketing system.
The company I used to work at is a platform that enables SMEs and enterprises to see the list of couriers that will service them. We provide support via email, chat and calls.
