"I have worked as an Administrative Assistant since 2014. The company I worked for was Citigold. I was the Executive Assistant for the CEO, Mr Mark Lynch. My main duties were managing his emails, respond to business inquiries and handle his calendar. After a year, I had the opportunity to work for another Australian Company from 2016 – February of 2020. I was a one man team where I handled everything from Administrative tasks to customer service tasks. I also handled stock management, ordering supplies to the suppliers and communicating with AU POST to track on our parcels.
Additionally, I handled the company’s social media pages from Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. We used hootsuite to scheduled post for the whole week. Last December 2018, I invested on myself and enrolled in social media training ads which focus on how to run paid ads in facebook and instagram. It taught us how to use social media to reach our target audience. So far it has been very useful with the company I worked for."
