"I have over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry doing inbound, outbound and back office works.
The first company that I've worked for was Western WATS as a market researcher for 2 years. Conducting surveys with household members from the U.K. and business professionals from the U.S.; collecting data to help them decide what needs changing, where money should be spent, what products to buy, what problems there might be, or lots of other questions they may have at any time.
The second company that I've worked for was Wipro BPO Limited. I've worked there for 6 years. The first LOB I was assigned to was Credit & Collections for a utility company called ATCO. I spent 3 years in that department doing inbound and outbound. For inbound tasks; I handle general account management and complaints. For outbound tasks; I collect payments on delinquent accounts and make payment arrangements with the customers to avoid service interruption for their utility services.
I spent the second half of my tenureship with Wipro for the company BEST BUY. I was a back office and gaming specialist in that department. My tasks included, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, answering emails, processing late/lost orders, generating game codes and taking supervisory calls on games and software download issues.
The last company that I've worked for was JP Morgan Chase bank. I spent 4 years and 4 months in that company as a Fraud Analyst. My role is to observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, theft and similar other risks. Maintain fraud analysis models to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company systems and ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.
