Please provide details below and submit this document to BYS as soon as possible as the information is required to assist with the volunteer rosters for the season.

Only regular crew who are BYS Sailing Members should be listed.

Visitors, guests and non-members (i.e Social, Intermediate or Honorary members) may sail on only four race days per membership year and cannot be included on the Crew List.

Please also refer to the BYS Sailing Instructions as additional constraints may apply as to which members may be listed.
