Interested in Selling Land under your Tower site
If requested by you, Clearspan will provide you with an agreement to purchase the land under your tower site/s. Initially we will supply you with a non-binding Purchase Price Agreement (PPA). If we are able to reach agreement on the high level terms, then we will move to the next stage of providing you with a formal Sale and Purchase Agreement.

If you would like Clearspan to provide a PPA of your site, all you need to do is to complete the following information and send it into Clearspan:

  • Please provide some details about your site and tower(s):

  • Tenant/Tower Details

  • TOWER 1

  • TOWER 2

  • TOWER 3

  • Other Relevant/Background Information:

    We may require additional information, such as listed below. The more information which you are able to supply now, then the more accurate our pricing will be. However, we may already have some of the information on file as we have a comprehensive database of all cell phone tower sites in New Zealand and if we do require additional information, then we can discuss this with you at the time.

    Other helpful information:
    - Current photos of the site and the tower/s
    - A copy of the current Lease document/s
