"Before working home based, I started working on a BPO as customer support representative for a health care card account. We help customers verifying their claims and collecting information such receipts to prove that the card was used for medical purposes. Also, I have handled telecommunications account as customer support representative/technical support representative. I am responsible to help customers moving their internet connection from their old place to their new place. I ensure that there will be an internet connection once they moved house. It also covers the billing concern and help them if they have disputes on their bills. I worked with Uber as an email support representative and help drivers uploading their documents such as vehicle registrations, vehicle inspection, and insurance to they could start driving. After a year, I got promoted as a Quality Analyst and the role is to make sure that all the documents uploaded are correct and not tampered.
Then, I was able to a chance to work home based for an online shopping account. We help customers placing their orders online through phone call and email. We are also responsible for tracking their orders to make sure that it will arrived within the estimated time of arrival. We also help them with the replacements or refund if ever they received damaged/faulty item/s. Then I had my 2nd home based job in a sports analytics account Krossover. That is a shifting schedule but since it is a US account, my shift is mostly night shift. We help coaches and athletes uploading their games on their account so we could break it down and do the stats for them."
