I DO NOT wish to have my artwork juried for the Live Auction and will deliver my donation by February 11th to be considered for the Silent Auction.

I wish to reserve a complimentary ticket (my donation is valued at $500 or more, and I understand these tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to artists whose artwork is accepted to the auction.)
