"I've been in the BPO industry for 9 years and counting. I started working in 2012. My first job was as a technical support specialist for a telecommunications company. We cater outbound/inbound phone support for customers who are unable to make and receive SMS and or call. Then, I worked as a data entry analyst for a construction company. Gathering data, addenda was the task that we normally did. We also provide information for contractors for ongoing building construction. Long story short, we manage statewide ongoing constructions.
I was also an online English teacher for Chinese students, I teach them basic English "Subject-verb agreement and correct sentence construction. I had sales and telemarketing experience, my main task was to do billing, refund, and order tracking. In addition, I have a background in technical support, customer service, healthcare associates.
With the last job that I had, I was part of the training and development team. I create a "Lessonly Assessment" about work Ethics, customer service, how to work efficiently, and such. I also do new hire training and onboarding. Last but not the least, I was also team leader, I do client meeting on a daily basis, one on one coaching, QA and I always make sure that my team is always calibrated to any updates that the client provide. I also do the monthly business review and quarterly business review which is presented to the owner of the company."
