“Hi there! My name is Ma. Rosalia Acompanado. I've been in a BPO industry for almost 5 years. I've worked as a technical support representative, wherein we troubleshoot TV, Cable channels and Phone. I've also worked as a Customer service representative, like T-Mobile account. Assist customers with their queries and give customer service.
I have also worked as an Online English Teacher for almost 5 years. I loved teaching kids and adults. It was a great experience because I was able to teach different types of students, like Business Professionals, Lawyers, Doctors, Engineers, and even a CEO. It was a fulfillment for me and most of them became my friends up until now. My students were all Chinese. They were all nice and kind.
I am currently looking for a full-time job and hoping to be given a chance to work with in your good company. Thank you!"
