    "I've been working in the call center/BPO industry since 2008. I started my career as an outbound appointment setter making cold calls to households althroughout the US. Then after working for that company for more than 7 years, I decided to transfer to another company and explore other opportunities ushering in my foray into the customer service realm.


    I worked as customer service representative for AT&T for more than 2 years and 1-800 Flowers. Then 2018 I got accepted as Customer service support/retention expert for T-mobile. I left the company February of 2020 before the pandemic fully globally erupted and a month later begun a new chapter as a freelancer, work from home Customer Service Representative/VA.


    March 2020, I got accepted as customer support for a mattress company based in California called Plushbeds. I was with them from March till December of 2020. I got laid off and December of same year I got accepted as Customer service representative for Crestcore, a real estate company based in Memphis. I was there till September of 2021 before they shutdown their offshore customer support team."
