“I started as a Workflow Specialist at TATA Consultancy Services. My task was to ensure th at all clients' requests and complaints are attended to and immediately resolved. I worked there for two years and six months but I had to leave due to personal goals.
I also worked as a Customer Service Representative at amaysim Philippines for five months before getting transferred to the Billing and Payments Department. As part of Billing and Payments Team, my task was to resolve customer’s billing disputes, issue receipts and invoices, and, receive and sort incoming payments with attention to credibility. I’ve also performed day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
After a year, I applied for and got promoted as a Quality Assurance Analyst. As a QA, I’ve conducted regular customer interaction audits, maintained working knowledge of quality standards, developed and performed quality test processes, and, made recommendations for repairing process defects.
I’ve also participated in meetings with Business Improvement Department, conducted one- on - one coaching with team members, and, attended weekly calibration sessions. I’ve handled different line of businesses from Customer Service, Customer Advocacy, and, Billing and Payments. I can say that I am pretty much familiar o n how these businesses work.''
