"I’ve been in the BPO industry for more than a decade and have worked with different brands / accounts. I have a solid experience in inbound and outbound calling. My typing skills are excellent at 80 words per minute.
Most recently, I worked for a consumer electronics brand. I provided Technical Support and answered support related questions via voice and chat. Prior to that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company based in the US. My tasks included placing customer orders in the ERP system, responded to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
I also worked as a Billing and Collection Officer for a marketing and advertising company based in the US. Part of my job was to collect from delinquent authors aside from processing payments to sold and new authors. I would also set up payment arrangement plans for some who purchased expensive Marketing packages. Lastly, I worked as a Provider Customer Service Rep for a Healthcare account. 10% of the calls I would get were about Claims and processing them. The rest of the calls I would get were more on explanation of benefits. I also did outbound calling for 5 years, lead generation for a Real Estate company. I pre-qualified clients and if they are eligible or qualified, we would pass them on to a Loan Officer in the US."
