    "I am Zoe and I am a virtual bookkeeper and junior accountant based in the Philippines. I would like to apply as a part-time bookkeeper, preferably on a long-term basis. I started working in Nov 2018 as an accountant in a private R&D company and in Feb 2020, as a bookkeeper to Australia and New Zealand-based clients who use cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QBO, MYOB Essentials, and Wave. I am also knowledgeable in IFRS and GAAP, should this be a US account. I am proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and have used other admin software such as Asana, Slack, Ontraport, Cliniko, etc.

    I have experience in end-to-end bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliation, maintenance of Chart of Accounts, and monitoring of the Accounts Receivable (e.g. customer invoicing, credit chasing) and Accounts Payable (e.g tracking near-due payables). I have also prepared a weekly payroll (or fortnightly, depending on the payroll time), lookout for IAS lodgments, and monthly financial statements such as Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet. I have also prepared quarterly BAS Draft and advised clients of their Superannuation payments.

    I have handled different clients, ranging from small to medium-sized businesses in various industries such as Drop shipping, Consulting services, Graphics design, Daycare services, Advertising, Podiatry clinic, Credit chasing, Sales, and Restaurant."
