"I am Yvette Avila from Quezon City, and I'm applying for the customer service representative position. I am highly trainable, flexible, and work well under pressure. I am adept at using the internet, search engines and excellent in computer navigation. I also know how to do primary research, data entry, and basic photo editing.
I joined the BPO industry in the year 2016 and have been working for international clients ever since. I took inbound calls for customer service tasks, but I mostly do outbound calling because I have been a debt collector for two years for third-party and first-party collections. In 2018, I worked as a freelance customer service representative for a dropshipping company as a voice and email support. I did outbound calls for follow-ups with manufacturers regarding packages and customers for their order status.
I recently worked for an Autoglass company based in Arizona and resigned in January 2021 because I couldn't do calls after giving birth. I was a voice and email support back then, and my tasks were not very far from the plumbing and heating company's process. I support day-to-day operations from scheduling appointments, calling the technician for their location, providing ETA to customers, opening cases or tickets for warranty, and calling auto glass shops regarding the status of our glass orders.
