"I started in the BPO Industry in 2012 as a Sales Representative for Expedia Sales hotel reservation account. Even though it was my first time, I became a Team Leader for 4 months and handled 14 agents. Then I transferred to another company as an Inbound Customer Service Representative for Tesltra Foxtel cable department billing and sales and stayed there for 3 years. I became a Subject Matter Expert and customer retention expert for 6 months.
Because my family was growing, I decided to look and applied to a new company that offers a better rate. I was an Inbound Customer Service Representative for billing and sales for a year for Google Play Applications. We process refunds and do basic troubleshooting steps for customers having issues making a purchase. After a year, I was moved to another department that monitors households that has Google products.
During my 5 years work experience in the BPO industry, I decided to take a rest for 3 months and entered online selling. The income was not enough to support my family, so I decided to work again and applied to Executive Boutique. At first, I was a customer service representative for a company named Tradavo that has retailing business for snack food products in hotels in the U.S. I got transferred to another customer service account, but this time it was outbound for Life Insurance Company called Health I.Q and then stayed there for 3 months.
Because of the pandemic, I left the BPO industry and entered the Freelancing type of work, so that I can work from home."
