“ I think that I did well on my previous course. I got on well with other people, and really enjoyed working with them. Talking about my experience in the customer service industry is listening to customers and helping to solve their issues so that they remain happy and loyal. Having worked in a call center for one year and two months, I have plenty of experience listening carefully to the needs of my customers before efficiently working to solve their problems and explain the solutions.
