“ My name is Yvette Uy Taub. I am a Financial Management graduate. I am a resilient and hardworking mother who has managed my household and my career responsibilities with precision and timely manner for about 10 years now.
Before I engaged in the BPO Industry, I worked in the Data Management Division of a Government office for 4 years as data encoder, then a screener, then eventually an analyst. We were tasked to handle the records and files of the clients of the agency. An opportunity came after and I got hired as an accounting staff in an Accounting Firm where I did bookkeeping.
My career in the BPO industry started way back 2006. I’ve been a customer service representative and my task was to facilitate outbound sales calls and inbound inquiry calls from clients from NY US. I’ve handled Accent Energy - Con Edison Account and Surveys Accounts on Mortgages for lead generation.
When I got married I needed to quit and stay home for me to be able to take care of my family. Fortunately I made it in making my way to join the Homebased community. While staying home, I was able to do home based jobs like Freelance jobs such as:

Quality Analyst for a virtual company that uses virtual agents for a Medicare supplement campaign. I was responsible for securing the functionality, reliability, precision, and quality of calls submitted by the agents.
Product research - We used social media to look for niches for a shopify store.
