"I have worked as a Customer service representative, managing client accounts and updating information. I’ve also worked as a Retail Finance Specialist. For this position, I worked on client's bank accounts, we also track account activities to prevent fraud. We had monthly targets that molded me to be goal oriented. I always aim, not only to hit the target, but reach the highest score.
My last job was as a Technical Support Representative. It is a combination of customer service and higher level of support. I fix customer's computer software and web-based programs. It also includes sales for upgrades. If walking customer through troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, I remotely access the customer's gadget and fix the problem. Provided that the customer agrees to it. Which deals with customer's privacy, I am great keeping customer's information confidential. The best thing about this job is that I have developed my critical thinking, being able to unfold what my customer needs. It always feels good to resolve the issue and empower them.
