“I have been a Customer Account Manager and Technical Support. I have been part of Escalations and Training too when I was still working for the BPO Industry prior to working from home in 2014.
Being a Virtual Assistant, I started off as a CRM Qualifier. Then I handled different lines of business which included calls to follow up on legally requested documents, and Executive assistant to start up CEOs. I managed their emails, schedules, generate their invoices, quotations, and payroll.
I also did ad hoc jobs in Social Media Management. Until I got hired as Property Manager. I came in as Maintenance Coordinator, dealt with tenant’s requests, coordinate with vendors, follow through and confirmed completion. Then as a Rental’s Coordinator, I handle the entire process from application to move in or move out including all tenancy paperwork.''
