I like to be in a position where I know I can perform well and interests me. This is the position that I have a passion for. I love communicating with people and helping them solve whatever trouble they are experiencing.
There's no word to describe it every time I was able to flip a negative emotion to a positive one and that's what I'm aiming for every customer I handle.
