"My first job was a Community Enumerator in a Non- Profit Organization this was the time when our place was hit by the Typhoon Yolanda. I was interviewing beneficiaries from different places and collated all the information and submitted it to our head. It was just a summer job since I was still studying my College Degree at that time.
When I was done with my degree, I decided to work in a BPO Company. It is where I was hired as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Telco Account in the US and I was able to learn a lot especially dealing with irate customers. My patience was tested but as they say the "the best teacher is our experience". After a few months, I was hired by a different company, and this time I handled an eCommerce Store in Australia. My functions were to help our members with their general inquiry about some items, processing refund requests, and resolving their return cases.
Last year, I was hired as a Freelance ESL Teacher catering my services to Chinese individuals. And through that platform, I was able to get my certification for the TESOL and TEYL from TEACH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. I also finished my Virtual Assistant Course at Ecommerce University.
To sump up my work experiences, it is all about talking with different people. So, I believe that I am capable of helping you in your business. Looking forward to working with you."
