Good day! My name is Kharisa Faith Batino. I have been in the Customer Service industry for more than 6 years. My first work experience as a customer support was with a telco company, where we handled concerns for customers who are calling about their cell phone services. We assisted them with topping up their cellphones, doing mobile device upgrades, and also any credit issues that they have with unintentional phone calls made through their phones.
I was given the opportunity to be a Training Associate with the company, which I very much enjoyed. I was able to share the experience and knowledge that I have with the account and services to the trainees that we handled. Seeing them excel, gave me not only joy, but also made my heart flutter knowing that I was part of their journey to success. I became more passionate with the work that I was doing. Having contributed with the accomplishments of each and every trainee gave me the confidence to always go the extra mile.
My next job after being a training associate was a billing and sales representative for a BPO company. We assisted customers with their billing concerns on postpaid cell phone services, internet services, and cable services. What I enjoyed most when I was working as a billing specialist is giving satisfaction to customers, who, at first, are very frustrated when they call. We not only earn, but also build the best relationship with customers when we provide them with an exceptional and world-class customer service experience.
