"My name is Jennifer from the northern part of the Philippines, Bulacan. I worked with different companies like Sirius XM, Vonage, and ATT as a Customer Care Representative. I worked as an Account Associate with ATT for 4yrs and eventually promoted as Escalation Desk. The task is to handle escalated calls and complaints from customers.
Currently, I’m working from home and working as a freelance. I worked for a Health Insurance Company as an Appointment Setter which is to call a group of people like Real -Estate Brokers to offer health insurance and to set appointments. I worked as a Customer Care Agent for a Modeling Company which calls applicants and interviewed them. I also have one-time projects like an online researcher for a US client a teacher who offers online courses and building a list of leads with their contact details.
