"I have been in the BPO industry since 2019. Ever since I started, I make sure that I am always doing my best and I make sure that I perform well and get good numbers. I was always one of the top teammates for the whole quarter and also a top agent for getting commendations and csats. I work hard and because of this, I was given a chance to be part of the LWAT Training, it’s a leadership without a title training wherein they train us to become future leaders.
As an L1 teammate, I was helping out customers, riders and restaurant. With customers, we help customers with their requests, update them regarding their orders’ status and also sort things when they have an issue with the food delivery. There are some instances that it would be regarding their accounts. For the restaurants, we assist them with their restaurant account or menu. I also handle their concerns with the customer’s order and riders as well. For riders, we assist them when they have problem with the customers address, order or when there is a complaint. As an L2 Teammate, I handled missing refunds, unrecognized charges, serious complaints, escalations when it comes to compensation, credit abusers. I was taking managerial calls, chats and emails as well.
I always make sure that I fix the issue fast, I keep it simple and I am always at my best whenever I’m speaking with the customers. I always put myself in their shoes to better understand them and empathize with them. Most certainly, acknowledge the customer’s concern and of course to actively listen to them to give them an accurate and better resolution. I am very excited to become a part of your team, I give my full commitment to this job if I will be hired. I am very hard working, a fast learner, resilient and flexible."
