"I was a customer service representative for approximately 4 years in total. It wasn't continuous due to some circumstances. Recently, I worked as a Lidarian in Remotasks for 8 months until the project ended. I had my first job as a CSR in a BPO for a local telecommunication company. We handle customers who are asking for general queries about the product, resolving technical issues, updating customers of their monthly payments, and we also upsell some products for alternatives.
When I went back to my hometown, I worked in an international inbound telecommunication company based in the US. They have similar nature of work with my first job. We assist customers who want to purchase products online using their credit cards, updating their credit cards information to continuously enjoy the program, and also resolve technical issues. Most of our customers received HMO mobile phones. So, most of the time they would call for assistance with their monthly alloted airtime load.
I've also worked as an Appointment Setter for a lending company. We offer loans to business owners just in case they want to upgrade their business, adding more capitals, and buying new equipment. We received commissions in every deal we closed. I also do a part time job while I was studying in a seasonal account that only lasts for two to three months. Due to my experience, I become reliable, independent, and strong-willed to strive hard to accomplish my goals."
