"In today's customer service-oriented society, a good frontline representative is what enhances future business growth.
My long-term experience and passion for the service industry are what make me a
good candidate. I worked for over 4 years in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for Healthcare Insurance which gave me the ability to assist in going above and beyond for the customers.
I later on decided to transition to working at home as an appointment setter and sales representative which gave me a whole different perspective of the service industry I have over 3 years of experience working as a virtual assistant which magnified my customer service skills and handling inquiries timely.
Overall working in this field has built my passion for good customer service and going above and beyond for the customers."
