Writing Sample >>> The following is an unedited writing sample. This will help you to better understand Arlene's background, while also demonstrating her writing skills...
"I've been in the BPO industry for about 10-11 years now. I've handled different accounts like sales, customer service, technical support, email and chat support. With those experiences, I am able to talk to different types of customer and learn how to handle different types of concern in a given situation.
Aside from those experiences I've mentioned above, I get to experience working as a Digital Marketing Strategist wherein we're helping businesses to be known for their product. Be it in social media, google search and other search engine marketing.
I would say that every job is different and challenging, but the happiness it provides you once you are able to help and assist the customer in anyway possible is something that you can cherish and be proud of."
