"I have been in the Call center industry for more than 2 years which is mainly customer service in different sites located in Manila, I was employed by Genpact LLc as a customer service associate for WellsFargo located in the United States were in we handle customers inquiry about their financial account and do some upselling as well, i then moved to Teleperformance Philippines we’re I was employed as Customer Service Representative for a Telco in the US which was AT&T wherein we handle inbound calls and educate customers with regard on their bills and services, we also do up selling and we do sell AT&T’s products and services where i was one of the top selling agent in our team, I got promoted as an SME or subject matter specialist wherein i assists new hires with regard on the products and systems. The last company was in Convergys Alabang where i transferred and got a day shift account for an Australian Telco Optus, I was employed as a Customer service representative and selling was also part of our metrics and score cards."
