"I have been in the BPO industry for the same position for 3 years and 2 seasons for a home based opportunity.
I am a Support Representative currently working for a lawn services company that provides lawn care for customers. We handle both the customer and lawn provider’s concern, assist them for any service issue, scheduling concerns and make sure that we give everything we can to provide the service they need. We communicate with customers and clients by email, chat and phone calls, so you can assign and utilize me in any way you need. I have been as a Customer Support Representative for about 2 seasons now, this is my third season joining them. I am currently working part time as the jobs needed only require a few hours a day of coverage.
Previously, I have been with a flight company that caters intra-Asia flights where we handle booking, manage flight changes, providing options to passengers and offering additional inflight services. I have handled both inbound and outbound calls for them and also been part of the cancellation team. I stayed with them for 3 years until I decided to stay at home with my kids to make sure no nannies can hurt them again.
I very much enjoy assisting customers and solving problems. I feel a great achievement when I know that I made someone happy and was able to resolve a problem for them. I do hope that I can join your company as I see this would be a great opportunity for me to have a stable career and grow without worrying about being laid off during winter times. "
