I had worked in the BPO Industry as Customer Service Specialist for more than 6 years for a U.S.-based Online Fraud Prevention Account. I had served as an Escalation support for more than 4 years, where I had great experience in customer relation and expertize decision making role. I specialized in answering escalated calls for inbound and outbound call from various customer and assisting frontline agents in making crucial decisions on beyond scripted scenarios. I also have worked on other departments such as billing, gift cards and online orders from the same Account.
