UPANZ annual deadlift nationals will be held in association with Miada Gym Otahuhu on Saturday 5th December.

Weigh in at 1300hrs
Lifters briefing 1345hrs
Lifting commencing at 1400hrs
No 24 hour weigh in for this meet
National and GPA World records are able to be set at this event.
If you are wanting to compete for records you will need to check the records and download the appropriate forms to bring with you to the meet.
Soft suits required for registered lifters
This event is open to NOVICE LIFTERS ( no dress code required for novice lifters - shorts/tees suitable)
Cost:
$25 per entry for registered lifters
$15 per entry for novice lifters
Payment can be made to our a/c online or with correct cash on the day
