2015 PRWS Holiday Faire - December 4th-5th

  • If you are sharing a booth space please list the other vendor here.
  • The fee for a 7x7 foot space is $50.00, which is to be mailed to Vendor Coordinator at 324 E. Parkinson Street, Viroqua, WI 54665, by no later than November 15th to reserve your spot. Checks made payable to PRWS. Payments can also be placed in our box at the school. If you need additional space you may purchase an additional space for another $50.00.

    A 6x2 table and a chair is available for a $10.00 fee. Please check the box and include this with your payment.

    A donation of your goods to the Silent Auction will be gratefully accepted, although it is not mandatory. If you check Yes here, please also complete the fields in the Silent Auction section below.
